Senedd Election 2026

Wales will be voting on Thursday 7th May 2026 to elect 96 members  to 16 new constituencies. 

Everyone who is 16 years of age and above will have the right to vote for who they would like to represent them for the next 4 years. 

You will be able to vote for either a political party or an Independent candidate. 

There will be 6 winning candidates for each constituency, but you will only be allowed 1 vote!
